All Hüga products have foundations built into the base. It is only recommended to have level the land where the house will sit. - What tasks should I do before Hüga arrives at my lot?
Before the arrival of the house, it is necessary to have available the connections to electricity, water and sewer. It is also recommended to have the site level and to compact a chaff pad approximately 1 ft high to raise the house from the natural level and avoid water (as in any construction).
